In addition to being the principal designer for Schiemer Design Studios, Melanie is also the resident Designer for Hart Crossings in Francis, UT. Melanie is focused on creating a positive, creative, and client-centered design process. With an eye for quality and contemporary designs that will stand the test of time, Melanie has proven herself as an innovative designer with a dedication to organization and efficiency. Her range of experience includes designing master-planned communities, custom homes, commercial spaces, E-design, and project management. Melanie’s streamlined process, collaborative approach, and elevated design aesthetic have earned her a reputation of excellence and reliability.
